First #Tigertriever case in Estonia done by Dr. sulev margus at East Tallinn Central Hospital.

68 year old female, with atrial fibrillation, severe heart failure, acute ischemia of the right hand, and a right ICA occlusion. The patient has been treated without thrombolysis, as she is taking Eliquis. Thrombus in the ICA has been aspirated and the distal A3 emboli has been fully recanalized in a single pass using #Tigertriever13.
