left A2/A3 5x7mm; left ICA 4x5mm; right MCA 3.5x3.5mm.

Treatment:

1) A2/A3: #Comaneci17 assisted coiling: Excelsior XT17/45 for Comaneci 17, Excelsior SL-10/Str for coiling; Target 5/20, 2/3, 1.5/4 used

2) ICA aneurysm: Flow diverter via Excelsior XT27/pre-shaped.

3) Right MCA: completed with Target 3.5/8, 2/3, 1/3
